Ahh workouts
Yesterday I burned 400 calories and today I burned off 225. I’m so proud of myself for sticking to this every day (excluding my rest day) yay! Hey share some of your stories with me. I want to know how your workouts are going? Are you eating healthier? Seen any results?

Workout
So.. Many.. Crunches! Ah I’m up to 100 crunches, and burned 400 calories. I’m even starting to see a difference in my ab’s, butt, and arms.
